Okay, this tutorial will show you how to make a cool, pipeline background. I made this with PhotoShop CS but I believe you can also make it with older versions.
Step
1:
Make a new document, 500x500px. Set it to transparent.

Step 2:
Use the gradient tool that has the black to white interface. Make
sure it looks exactly like this (or as close as possible).

Step 3:
Go to Filter>Distort>Twirl and have the settings set to 417°.

Step
4:
Go to Filter>Distort>Wave and leave all of the settings, in he
top right hand corner tick the box that says ‘Square’ and find a
nice patter that you like.
